In collaboration with Ivey Business Academy, OASIS is hosting a workshop webinar which will explore how to integrate more coaching into everyday leadership.
The OASIS & IVEY – Coaching Skills Development Workshop with David Graham and Elisa Palombi will be delivered over two 3-Hour Sessions. This highly interactive, hands-on programme, will explore how to develop others’ capabilities, increase engagement, and initiate great ideas and implementation.
By the end of the session, participants will have had the opportunity to:
- Understand what coaching in everyday leadership is, and why it is so powerful for developing leaders, engaging employees, creating and implementing good ideas;
- Become familiar with and practice some key coaching concepts, specifically: developing personal bonds, building a growth mindset, powerful questioning & active listening, and the GROW coaching model;
- Illuminate and raise awareness of some key strengths they bring to coaching; and
- Prepare to apply the GROW coaching model and the coaching skills to the challenges they face “back home”
Tickets are $478.41(including tax and fees) for both sessions, There will be no additional cost for the second session, it is included in the original price, with the first session being held on Thursday, 7th April from 9AM-12PM and the second on Thursday, 14th April from 9AM-12PM.
The workshop is limited to 40 participants total and Tickets will only be on sale until Friday, 25th March at 5PM
