The OASIS Conference Planning Committee is hard at work planning and organising for the 2023 Annual OASIS Conference at the Sheraton Fallsview in Niagara Falls Ontario from 26th-28th April.
Many incredible Sponsors, Exhibitors and Break Out Sessions have already been confirmed.
However, we are still looking to fill some spaces for our break-out sessions, which is why we are now formally announcing a call for Break Out Session Proposals for the 2023 Conference.
In our survey to OASIS membership in December, some of the issues we heard that members want to hear about in Break-Out Sessions included:
- Staffing (i.e., recruitment & retention, succession planning; international recruitment, etc.)
- Organisational Structure
- Housing
- Funding/Financial constraints
- Mental Health Accommodation for individuals and Staff
- Self Directed Funding/Planning
- Assisted Technology
These are just examples, we do encourage you to please still submit a proposal even if your idea doesn’t necessarily fit into one of these categories.

The deadline to submit a proposal is 6th February 2023. Proposal selections will be communicated on or before 13th February, 2023.
