TORONTO (July 24, 2015)‚ÄîToday, the results of the coroner’s inquest into the tragic death of Guy Mitchell were released.

OASIS’s member agencies will be actively reviewing the recommendations, in consultation will all stakeholders.

At this time, OASIS wishes to reiterate our commitment to ensuring that tragic events like this in the realm of health and safety are prevented in the future, and our ongoing commitment to making improvements to the care of Ontario’s most vulnerable.
