On February 27th at 12pm, the OASIS Housing Committee will launch a new Housing Report, Assessing DS Sector Preparedness for Housing at a webinar exploring the critical topic of Municipal Zoning and its implications for the Developmental Services Sector.
The Webinar will explore what zoning is and isn’t, distinguishing it from building codes, fire regulations, and licensing requirements to ensure a better understanding of its significance and the various municipal approaches as well as recent changes.
