Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the member agencies of OASIS will be held on Thursday, June 27th from 2:15 to 3:00 pm, both in-person and virtually.
In-Person Location:
The Native Canadian Centre, 16 Spadina Road, Toronto, ON M5R 2S7
- Paid parking is available directly across the road at Green P: Spadina Road Parking or, a 3-minute walk away at 35 Walmer Road.
- There is a ChargePoint Charging Station beside the Green P: Spadina Road Parking.
- The Spadina (Bloor line) subway station is only a 2-minute walk away from the venue.
Virtual: Zoom Event (link provided with registration confirmation)
Voting:
- An agency must be an OASIS member in good standing in order to vote.
- Each member agency is permitted one vote. Please inform OASIS in the AGM registration process (and others from your organization who may be attending) of the name of the person who holds your organizational vote.

After you’ve registered, you will receive an email closed to the AGM with the additional materials. These include the Annual General Report, Audited Financial Statements, Auditor’s Report for the Financial Year, Bylaws, and Articles of Amendment.
