Looking for a new and exciting job opportunity? We are looking for a Manager, Supportive Living to join our leadership team! As part of the Supportive Living team, you will be helping to deliver and improve services for people with developmental disabilities who have complex and multiple needs by working alongside clinical Multi-Disciplinary Teams and leading teams of Direct Support Professionals.

What You Will Do
Works the majority of their time in person with staff to provide guidance and coaching to ensure that the people we support receive excellent services and enjoy a meaningful quality of life.
Ensures the learning needs of the people we support are met, especially through the implementation of Individual Support Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
Leads regular 1-1 coaching meetings and team meetings in addition to completing employee annual performance evaluations.
Develops positive working relationship with family members ensuring effective communication based on the needs of each person supported.
Provides input into the development of policies and procedures. Ensures implementation, training and appropriate adherence to all policies and procedures and the collective agreement.
Schedules employees and reconciles all payroll entries and corrections to ensure that payroll is accurately uploaded on a bi-weekly basis.
Monitors monthly expenses to ensure that they are appropriate and within budget.
Gathers relevant data and presents at Clinical Ethical Review Committee and Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings.
Provides input through active involvement in the Accreditation process to improve the quality of our services.
Assumes the Manager On-Call position on a rotational basis, being available to respond to calls overnight and on weekends.
Assumes the Manager On-Duty position on a rotational basis, being available to work at 53 Bond St., Oakville, from 7am-3pm and 2pm-10pm.
· Supports the Vision, Purpose and Values of CWSDS and complies with CWSDS policies and procedures
· Actively participates in designated CWSDS meetings.
· Other duties as assigned
