OASIS Board of Directors

OASIS is governed by a Board of Directors, made up from from Senior Management of Member Organizations, volunteers from either Member Organizations or the Community and those who can qualify in either of the first two categories. There are also Officers of the Board, which consists of the Chair, Vice-Chair, Past-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.
