Pre-Conference Experience 1: Apples, Grapes & Hops Blue Mountain Beverage Tour
Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Experience the best of the Blue Mountains on this curated beverage tour! Enjoy a day of delicious tastings as you visit a local craft brewery, an award-winning winery, and a renowned cider house—each offering unique flavors and breathtaking views of the region.

Pre-Conference Experience 2: Adventure Hike Tour

Depending on the weather, you’ll explore the stunning Metcalf Rock or venture through the scenic trails of Petun Conservation Area. Expect an exhilarating outdoor adventure filled with breathtaking views and fresh air.
No experience or special equipment is required—just bring your enthusiasm for nature! Transportation is included, and to keep you fueled for the journey, we’ll provide a delicious to-go lunch to enjoy along the way.

Pre-Conference Workshop : Dream Maker: Person-Directed Services with a Codesign-Approach
This session will run from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM on Wednesday April 30 at the Blue Mountain Resort & Conference Centre.
Discover how e3 is transforming support services in South Georgian Bay through a bold, person-directed, and co-produced approach. This session will showcase e3’s journey in redesigning services, featuring firsthand experiences from Liam, an advocate for change, Cory, a dedicated team lead, and Dan, a consultant who co-facilitated the co-design process. You’ll gain insights into e3’s financial sustainability model and learn practical steps to foster meaningful change. Join us to see how empowering individuals as Directors and Co-Producers of their own support can create services that truly reflect their dreams and aspirations.
