For more than fifty years, Anago has been helping at-risk children, youth and vulnerable adults navigate critical transitions in their lives by making connections that support healthy living. As a registered charity, Anago provides services and support for people to achieve independence through integration into communities of support. We work out of many different locations based in London, Middlesex and Huron Counties, with referral case intake from all over Ontario.
We are hiring an individual who is excited about providing administrative support within the social services sector into a one-year temporary position. The Executive Assistant will be responsible to provide valuable support to the Executive Director, the Board of Directors, and the Leadership Team in administrative operations and coordination functions. This includes report/minute writing, preparing presentations and correspondence, donor relations, project coordination, schedule management, travel arrangements, corporate property tracking, room bookings and hospitality.

Qualifications: • Experience maintaining a positive customer service approach with stakeholders both internal and external to the organization • Demonstrated attention to accuracy and follow through with competing priorities • High degree of discretion with sensitive and confidential information/material • Ability to navigate difficult conversations requiring tact and diplomacy • Experience in not-for-profit organizations with Board interactions • Proficiency with general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office products, WordPress, various databases) • Minimum 5 years experience in office management capacity • Post secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent • Preference will be given to applicants who have the ability to also communicate in French; both in writing and verbally Requirements: • Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check
